An unusual bird nest

I noticed the bird nest and in my excitement I almost missed seeing the little bird inside it. The nest was unusual because it was not just made of leaves and twigs but it also had fluffy bits of cotton from the Kapok tree in the park. Amazing how innovative a little bird can be. I hope next week when I visit the park again, the nest will still be there and the mother bird safe in her lovely home. Or, perhaps I may be able to see her hatchlings. I pray for their well-being.
